before we begin

Prior to our first appointment I will send you an invitation to my client portal where you will be able to read my practice policy and HIPAA (protected health information) policy. You will be asked to provide demographic information and to sign consent for treatment.

If you plan to use insurance please make sure you understand any out of pocket responsibilities. You can do this by calling the member services number on your insurance card and asking about any outpatient mental health deductibles or copays that may be a part of your plan.
